HarperLloyd Recruitment is partnering with a national law firm to find a People & Development Adviser to join their Sydney Office.

About the Role
Working closely with the Chief People Officer and national HR team, you’ll support a office of 80 staff while gaining exposure to all aspects of HR.

You’ll leverage your background knowledge while developing your skills across performance, employee relations, and people strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment in partnership with the national team
  • Supporting graduate and clerkship recruitment programs
  • Assisting with performance and remuneration review processes
  • Providing HR support and guidance to managers and staff
  • Supporting broader people initiatives across the firm
